Experience Summary
Mel will lead you through a guided wine or spirit tasting with sessions including everything from history & production techniques to service tips, pairing suggestions, and fun facts.
Three tastings per session with open discussions and questions encouraged, along with time to interact with other guests.
Tasting selections are tailor-made based on your personal budget and palate preferences.
Please note that Mel is not associated with any specific winery or distillery, so she does not push brands. Instead, her picks are based on quality, value & sustainability, along with a focus on the people that put their heart and soul into producing them.

What are the costs?
It depends on the experience you choose and your budget.
Are the Wine and Spirits included?
No, however we can advise you on how to purchase the sommelier selected products via “click and collect” or order in advance online and have them sent to your friends and colleagues directly.
Do we need to cover the cost of Mel's Wines or Spirits?
Yes, as she will guide you through the experience and needs to be smelling and tasting along side you. Mel always uses a spittoon during tastings.
